Junior Estimator

🔨 About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to prepare accurate and timely bids that support weekly production revenue goals. This role is responsible for interpreting plans and specifications, completing take-offs, applying production rates, securing vendor quotes, and supporting the overall estimating and bidding process.✅ Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit bids for review
Perform accurate take-offs and apply production rates
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and addenda
Secure and review subcontractor/vendor quotes
Conduct field visits for prime bids
Support value engineering and pre-construction processes
Review estimating input work for accuracy
Maintain knowledge of vendors, materials, and related trades
Utilize estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Associate degree preferred
3+ years of commercial construction, landscaping, irrigation, or related estimating experience
Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Bilingual English/Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus

Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Regular walking on uneven terrain and extended periods in a vehicle

Full-time role with a 3-month introductory period
